Lighting plan of the daylight house at the Valkeakoski housing fair 10.7. - 9.8.2009
© 2009 AD-Lux Oy
  • Here is the presentation of the lighting plan concerning the Mustarastas(blackbird)-house (target 25 at the fair).  Lighting is mostly indirect placed near (in ca. 30 cm:s distance) the ceiling of the house. Fixtures are placed on the light shelf  WT4. Look from this link "WALLSTYL WT4 - Collection Essenza from the picture on the right side.  Lamps in the IP64-Saalinki fixtures are overlapping a little so there is no dark area between the lamps. Here are the different parts of the IP64-Saalinki fixture. There are over 30 meters of light shelf in different rooms. One part of the lighting is direct but still non-blending. Fixtures are equipped with new Viva-Lite TC-lamps. In the 5 m eter high living roo m there are two vertical fixtures in two corners behind opal plastic. The two fixtures are 4 m high (4 lamps in a row) and there is also a1,5 m high similar fixture in the staircase.
  • On the kitchen cupboards there are 49 W Viva-Lite tubes, underneath the cupboards there are 28 W Viva-Lite tubes.
  • There are no halogens or incandescent lamps in this house.
  • In the pictuce below you can see the wattage of every lamp. Mostly 2x54 or 2x49 W IP64-Saalinki-fixtures are used. There are totally 54 fixtures and 85 Viva-Lite lamps inside this house.
  • There will be a lot of TR3-outdoor fittings embedded in the roof of the veranda after the fair. The light is directed towards the house.  Normally the light next to the door is directed to the eye and this is not pleasant. There is also a TR3-fixture placed in sauna to create more relaxed athmosphere than with those artificial LED and fiber lights.

This plan was fulfilled together with the customer who tested fullspectrum lighting in his previous home. This house is definitely worth seeing. Welcome!
